Tad Hale, President
As President of Active Technologies Group, Inc., Tad Hale brings a wealth of practical business experience to our clients. His diverse background provides him with broad strategic insight.

Tad graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and English. After college Tad spent four years as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick.

In 1986 Tad accepted a position as Corporate Controller of Goal Systems International. During Tad’s tenure with Goal Systems, revenues increased 5-fold, 7 international subsidiaries were launched and the company completed its IPO. During the past nine years, Tad has served as Account Manager for many of ATGi’s major clients including The Kroger Co., Highlights for Children and DSW Shoe Warehouse. In this role, Tad has provided strategic counsel about site design, ecommerce opportunities, site promotion and marketing.

Tad and his wife Jennifer reside in Westerville with their three children.
